Options for Women
Options for Women is a privately funded, non-profit organization dedicated to women who experience unexpected or planned pregnancy but who have no health insurance and who are often at risk in extremely difficult situations. All services are free.
Last year we saw just fewer than 700 clients, and we expect to meet or exceed those numbers in 2014. Options offers a confidential refuge of support to women as they make important health decisions that will impact their pregnancy and beyond. For women who are conflicted about their pregnancy, we provide opportunities for them to explore their options with medical information and compassionate counseling.
Our goal is to promote healthy pregnancy outcomes for women, men, and their babies with a three-tiered path of support: early prenatal intervention, counseling, and education.
Medical guidance is administered by a Registered Nurse. First trimester ultrasound to determine viability is provided, as well as prenatal vitamins, nutritional guidelines, smoking cessation referrals, and linkage to drug and alcohol treatment programs. Options partners with local prenatal health providers such as Virtua Women’s Center in facilitating appropriate care. Options is a post-partum mood screening site.
Clients receive one-to-one counseling support throughout the pregnancy. Options provides a welcoming, non-judgmental sanctuary for women to convey their feelings and share their needs. Private counseling reveals how we can best advocate for our clients and link them to further support services, including mental health, housing, adoption and/or interim care, grief counseling (if suffering from fetal demise or miscarriage), post-abortion counseling, mentoring, and help with material needs.
Options is committed to both men and women in promoting positive, involved parenting. This is accomplished through fatherhood mentoring, a Teen Mom group and a Dads’ Club. All are open to the community upon registration. Additionally, we offer material support such as free, new maternity clothes during pregnancy and layette items such as infant clothes, diapers, formula, etc. after the client delivers.
Our third tier of support is education. Options holds monthly class for women, men, and families staffed by health professionals who volunteer their time. Classes include labor & delivery/childbirth education, baby basics (bonding and infant care), breastfeeding, parenting workshops, and asthma awareness sessions. Currently under development is a healthy nutrition workshop as part of obesity awareness. Classes are free and open to the community.
Options’ multi-dimensional outreach has been operational for 29 years and is looking for corporate sponsors. Please help us to continue impacting at-risk pregnant women and their families with our life-changing support services.

Tom Sadge
Tom has been a full-time entertainer his entire adult life. He began as a singer with bands and, later, became a popular mobile DJ / vocal impressionist whose repertoire included the voices of Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Tony Bennett and other singing legends. For the past sixteen years Tom has performed from coast to coast, in Europe and in Canada, as a Neil Diamond impersonator and tribute artist. This celebrity impersonator's act germinated in the summer of 1996 when Marion, Tom's wife and business partner of three decades, was inspired by a Legends In Concert booklet. Why not use makeup and costumes as did the impersonators performing on the Las Vegas strip? The transition from local entertainer to a national act as a tribute artist began and in November 1997 Tom debuted his Jazz Singer era Neil Diamond.
Since his debut, Tom has entertained at many major venues throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. "Diamondheads" (Neil's top fans) in both the U.S. and Europe have hired him to perform at fan club gatherings, eight consecutive Neil Diamond Chicago Birthday Party celebrations and three Carnival Fan Cruises.
Tom has met Neil Diamond and his band members on several occasions. Does Neil approve of this celebrity impersonator? During a 2002 concert in State College PA.Neil, spotting Tom in the front row, leaned over the stage and, pointing to Tom, told the crowd of many thousands, "This guy sounds just like me!."
Opening national act credits include Engelbert Humperdinck, comedien Jackie Mason, Kool and the Gang, The Guess Who (featuring Burton Cummings), Bare Naked Ladies, and The Lords (acclaimed German band). Tom considers superstar Engelbert Humperdinck, who has met with Celebrity Impersonator many times, to be a friend. "Enge", like Tom, is a family man who often tours with his wife, sons and/or daughter.
Casinos regularly book Tom as a solo performer or with his tribute bands. "Tom As Neil Diamond" has appeared on casino theater marquees from Atlantic City, NJ to Las Vegas, NV. In 2013 Tom performed at Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Pocono Mountains and was also one of the last entertainers booked into Mount Airy Lodge (late 1990s) and the Sands Casino Copa Room in Atlantic City (demolished in 2007). This top celebrity impersonator has entertained twice at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Wilkes-Barre, PA and has performed at Trump casinos, as well.
Production show producers choose Tom as their first choice to portray Neil Diamond: Legends In Concert (CT, MO, NV, NJ, SC), Memories Theatre (TN), Showstoppers Live! (AZ), A Really Big Shew (NJ, WA, NV) and Legends Alive! (CA) are just a few of the large U.S. and Canadian companies who repeatedly hired Tom for extended bookings.
Tom's 20+ years experience as DJ / MC enhances his ability to mesmerize an audience of three or a crowd of 62,000 (Philadelphia's Eagles). He is in demand for state and county fairs, corporate functions, conventions, outdoor concerts, amphitheaters, festivals, fundraisers, charitable events, country clubs and active adult 55+ communities. Guests at weddings, bar mitzvahs, landmark birthday, anniversary and retirement parties always pleased with the special magic Tom brings to celebration.
Dozens of radio and television personalities, as well as print journalists, have interviewed Tom throughout the years. The list includes New York City's popular morning drive DJs Scott Shannon and Todd Pettengill. He was interviewed and then sang live from the WPLJ studios above Manhattan's Madison Square Garden. Television credits include The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet (NYC); ABC's The Next Best Thing; Inside Edition and AMC's special, Lookalikes.
Tom's show averages 90 minutes, but he's been booked for one song or three hours. Tom adjusts his repertoire to suit any special occasion. Clients can book Tom as Neil Diamond and/or enjoy his alter ego (Tony Testosteroni) performing other vocal impressions (see first paragraph). While not a comedien, "Tony's" friendly banter and occasional jokes bring levity to the performance.
Tom's Holiday Show: Tom performs a special segment of Christmas & Holiday songs. He will perform as a solo act or with his band as either all Neil Diamond or with a segment of other legendary voices. Booking Inquiries are no obligation and are promptly answered.
Tom is based on the east coast but performs across the U.S., up and down the west coat and throughout Canada.
